Often patients of all ages are unsure of how to brush properly. It is a common question we get asked and one that we try to education our patients on. The key to brushing properly is with proper technique combined with a fluoridated tooth paste. We recommend brushing and flossing in the morning and at night time. Both a manual tooth brush and an electric tooth brush can do an equally effective job provided the proper technique is used.
