Dr Alan Hsu graduated from Bachelor of Dental Science with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2001. He started out his dental career in the public sector working at Palm Beach community dental centre with Queensland health. From there, he worked at several private dental clinics in Melbourne and Singapore, all with varying clinical focus, ranging from family dentistry to cosmetic dentistry. Working in different clinics has enriched his clinical experience greatly and he has gained valuable insight into treating different patients from all backgrounds.

The decision to open his own clinic came after years of frustration at not being able to practice dentistry the way he always wished. He hopes with Pure Bliss Dental Care, he can realize that dream, to establish long term relationships with his patients, and help them in achieving optimal oral health and improving their smiles.

Being an avid learner of new dental technology and advances in dentistry, Dr Hsu enjoys attending continuing education courses throughout the year to improve his knowledge and skills. For him, it is important, to be up to date, and to be able to offer his patients the best possible care.

In his spare time, Dr Hsu enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to travel and enjoys skiing, and martial arts.
